We have completed own production line which including forging factory, heat treatment workshop, CNC machining workshop for producing API 6D ball valve components, and we have our own ISO17025 certified laboratory.
Our Forged Steel Finish Machining support plate of API 6D Trunnion Mounted Ball Valve are mainly export to America and west Europe. Main customer are from oil and gas industry valves manufacturers.
Finish machining forged steel glange plate, this part is used for trunnion mounted ball valve.
All our valve parts are machined by CNC to secure the dimension tolerance.
We have our own forging workshop, heat-treatment workshop, national approved laboratory, and CMM tester to secure Geometric tolerance.
As well as gland plate, the valve parts what we usually supply are finish machining valve body, valve closure, ball valve shaft , ball valve trunnion, ball valve top adaptor, ball valve support plate...and so on.
