The Double Eccentric Double Flange Butterfly Valve is one important kind of water works valves. The main function of butterfly valve is to control fluid flow rate in pipeline: turn gear box or other actuator, the disc will rotate; lock the disc at the specified angle by locking device; the fluid flow rate depends on the disc angle; when the disc is turned 90℃ to the valve bore center line, the pipeline is cut off.
