The resilient gate valve can be applied to liquid service. The Resilient Seal Gate Valve was designed primarily for on-off service, where the Soft Seated Gate Valve is operated infrequently. It is not recommended to partly open the valve for adjustment of flow rate or emergent pressure relief blow-off. RSF’s resilient seat gate valve is widely used in the industry of potable water, sewage, and sea water.
